My objective for a health coach is to lose weight and sustain my energy levels for a lifetime. The programme has given me a deeper insight into food (nutrition), planning diet, timely eating, the importance of Intermittent fasting and the best food to eat for healthy body, soul and spirit. I found out by chance, that my blood pressure was at 200/143. This alarming figure scared my family and I where we knew I must change my lifestyle completely. I was trying to improve my health on my own but without much results when I came across Mr. Sharma’s advertisement looking for volunteers for his health coaching. I felt there is nothing to lose and jumped on the opportunity. In five weeks I was able to lose 5kgs and my blood pressure, still a little high but I know as long as I continue the path Mr. Sharma set it will continue to decrease.
